Apply your skills, knowledge, and compassion to support the health and well-being of residents as a registered nurse (RN). Together with residents, family, and physicians, you will develop personalized care plans. You will train and lead other nursing team members. You will uphold care standards that meet resident health and safety needs. All rewarding pursuits that help people live their best lives.

Your contributions play a key role in facilitating recoveries and empowering residents to reclaim their independence. In your role, you’ll use your technical expertise to deliver safe and comforting care in collaboration with other caregivers and staff, from administering advanced treatment to monitoring vital signs. Every shift makes a difference in the life of someone who is grateful for your knowledge, know-how and kindness.

When your job involves helping people move better, monitoring changes in their health, and updating their personalized care plans, you know that you are making a significant contribution to the well-being of others. Our certified nursing assistants (CNAs) do just that. As an extra bonus, you can earn certification on the job. No experience required.

Find purpose and meaning in your work. Build satisfying relationships. Grow personally and professionally. Our resident assistants help residents make the most of each day, ensuring they receive the medication they need, addressing their personal needs, supporting them as they take part in activities, and being there for them in so many important ways. No experience required.

As a dining assistant in our community, you will help with food preparation, service, cleanup, and so much more. Your job puts you in direct contact with residents, families, and guests, and you may find yourself connecting with residents in all kinds of ways that bring a smile to both of your faces. It’s a great opportunity for part-time work. Plus, you don’t need experience: We’ll train you on the job.

Your efforts as a housekeeping assistant help turn apartments and our community into places residents can call home. In your role, you will maintain clean and attractive private and common spaces, helping ensure a safe, pleasant, and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and team members. As you can see, your contribution means a lot to those who live and work in our senior living community.
