Your family’s story is our first priority but we understand your curiosity to better understand who we are. As one of Minnesota’s first hospice providers, we have a strong heritage of helping the families we serve honor the lives of loved ones by making the most of every day.
Our hospice vocation originated in 1989 in the area of Litchfield, MN. We now bring hospice services to private residences and senior living communities in 36 counties throughout eastern Minnesota, stretching from the Iowa border to the Canadian border.
