Executive Director
As our Executive Director, Justin is responsible for daily operations of our senior living campus, ensuring residents receive high-quality care across all living spaces in our community. In his role, he focuses on leading a dedicated team of experts whose passion for caring for our residents brings Justin pride, inspiration and a deep sense of purpose. He’s always happy to connect with residents and families to make them feel supported, informed and valued. Originally from Cold Spring, MN, Justin joined Ecumen in 2021 and has been at our North Branch community since 2024. He chose senior housing for a career to make a difference in the lives of older adults and their families during important life milestones. He finds that working at Ecumen alongside a team committed to compassionate care is incredibly rewarding.
Justin’s favorite local thing to do is explore parks and lakes in North Branch’s backyard to unwind and appreciate the natural beauty that makes this area such a great place to live and work.
Away from work, Justin is most likely outside walking his dogs who have become accustomed to a morning and evening adventure every day.
Assistant Executive Director
As Assistant Executive Director, Kelsey is responsible for leading person‑centered collaboration with every department in the community to create a welcoming and dependable environment where team members feel connected, residents feel truly supported, and families can trust that their loved one is in the right place. In her role, she most enjoys connecting daily with residents, families, and team members who make our community feel like home. For her it’s fulfilling to empower both residents and team members to be their best, to challenge old processes when needed, and to focus on what genuinely matters to the people we serve. Originally from Rush City, MN, Kelsey joined Ecumen in 2011 at our Chisago City community and then accepted a position at our North Branch community in 2016. She’s motivated every day by the privilege of being present for and with residents as they navigate the experience that aging brings.
Kelsey’s favorite local place to visit is Wild River State Park, where her husband, three daughters and her explore the trails together and enjoy the quiet of the woods. They also like taking their boat out for a cruise down the St. Croix River and catching an occasional catfish.
Away from work, Kelsey is most likely enjoying the company of family and friends in the area and finding any excuse to be outdoors—camping and exploring trails on ATVs. She also enjoys quieter moments—reading, working in her garden, and taking time to recharge.
Life Enrichment Manager
As the Life Enrichment Manager, Molly is responsible for designing and planning community activities, events and programs for our residents in support of their emotional, social, cognitive, physical, and spiritual well‑being. Her goal is to ensure that every resident has opportunities for engagement, joy, purpose, and meaningful connection. In her role, she enjoys building relationships with residents and their families, including the daily interactions that bring deep conversations, sharing of life stories and always—laughter. Originally from Blaine, MN, Molly joined Ecumen in 2003 with a lifelong love of helping people, especially the senior population who have given us so much to be grateful for.
Molly’s favorite local thing to do is visit antique shops, boutiques, wineries, and restaurants, including her favorite, The Brass Rail in Grandy, MN, home to World Famous Chicken.
Away from work, Molly enjoys working on jigsaw puzzles, crafts, home improvements, shopping, gardening, watching Gopher football, and sitting in the sunshine by a pool or lake.
Director of Nursing
As our Director of Nursing, Jennifer is responsible for ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care through strong collaboration with providers, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members. She is committed to maintaining a qualified, compassionate, and competent care team, and leads by example to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and resident-centered service. In her role, Jennifer most enjoys the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our team members, residents, families, hospice partners, and providers. The most rewarding part of her role is connecting with people to support and guide them. Originally from Spring Valley, MN, Jennifer joined Ecumen in 2016 at the recommendation of a trusted colleague ahead of relocating to the Twin Cities metro area. She brings many years of experience in long-term and transitional care where she has always felt at home.
Jennifer’s favorite local restaurant is Pizza Pub on highway 61.
Away from work, Jennifer is most likely behind the wheel bringing her son to hockey practice and games. When she isn’t chasing kids who chase pucks, she enjoys angling for fish or quality time with a good book.
Social Worker
As our People Services Director, MacKenzie is responsible for supporting our team members in their effort to do their best work in providing housing and care services for our residents. She focuses on connecting with people to build trust and clarity within a work culture where individuals know they matter. What brings MacKenzie the most joy in her role are the people—building relationships, supporting growth, being part of moments that make a difference for a team member, and ultimately, for the individuals and families we serve. Originally from Eau Claire, WI, MacKenzie joined Ecumen in 2026, and is thrilled to be serving our North Branch community. In Ecumen she sees an organization that leads with heart while still striving for excellence. Knowing that the work we all do goes beyond care to support connection is why she feels like Ecumen is the right place for her.
MacKenzie’s favorite local protein provider is The Hungry Farmer Meat Company, featuring a wide selection of fresh cuts, smoked seafood, and specialty items.
Away from work, MacKenzie is hanging out with family or cooking or both.
Senior Living Consultant
As a Senior Living Consultant, Jordan is responsible for guiding individuals and their families as they navigate a new and unfamiliar chapter in life. With an eye on compassion and comfort, Jordan enjoys meeting families who are experiencing a challenging milestone. It gives him great joy to see the worry and concern fade away as they move step-by-step through the journey. Originally from Lino Lakes, MN, Justin joined Ecumen in 2022, having fallen in love with the senior population, the opportunity to serve them and to learn from them. He brings five years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in senior living to his role.
Jordan’s favorite local thing to do is golf at Chisago Lakes, Falcon Ridge or Bulrush courses. In the summer, when he’s not working or golfing, he’s most likely boating.
Away from work in the warmer months, Jordan is most likely at the local beach with his wife and two kids. Or driving a fairway. Or on a boat ride.
