Teatime With Toni
Learn from Toni Swanson, Ecumen’s Corporate Registered Dietitian, about different herbal teas and their nutritional benefits. Participants will get to smell and taste a variety of herbs and will even get to create their own tea blend to take home!
Tours will be offered after the class.
