VERY NICE, WELL MAINTAINED

I just got a really good feeling when I walked in there. I talked to the executive director and she was very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. They're a little bit cheaper. The facility itself was very nice. It had a nice community room and a dining room. They had a nice setting on the back side of the building overlooking a pond. It was in a residential area. The other thing we liked about Seasons was that it's owned and run by a nonprofit, and they've been around for decades. I like that aspect of it.

My mother is very happy at Ecumen Seasons at Apple Valley. The staff has been very good. She's satisfied with the food. She's got a one-bedroom, and I'd rate that a five out of five. She doesn't utilize the amenities very much. She pretty much stays in her apartment, but there is a library. She has her meals in her apartment. They bring meals to her. She has a television and internet in her apartment, so that is very nice. The facility is very well maintained. She seems very, very happy and very satisfied there.
