Apply your skills, knowledge, and compassion to support the health and well-being of residents as a registered nurse (RN). Together with residents, family, and physicians, you will develop personalized care plans. You will train and lead other nursing team members. You will uphold care standards that meet resident health and safety needs. All rewarding pursuits that help people live their best lives.

Our resident assistants help residents make the most of each day, ensuring they receive the medication they need, addressing their personal needs, supporting them as they take part in activities, and being there for them in so many important ways. No experience required. 

As a dining assistant in our community, you will help with food preparation, service, cleanup, and so much more. Your job puts you in direct contact with residents, families, and guests, and you may find yourself connecting with residents in all kinds of ways that bring a smile to both of your faces. It’s a great opportunity for part-time work. Plus, you don’t need experience: We’ll train you on the job. 

Your efforts as a housekeeping assistant help turn apartments and our community into places residents can call home. In your role, you will maintain clean and attractive private and common spaces, helping ensure a safe, pleasant, and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and team members. As you can see, your contribution means a lot to those who live and work in our senior living community. 

As a Maintenance Technician in our community, you will perform basic maintenance tasks and janitorial duties, including diagnoses, repairs and services of building mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and equipment data reporting. Tasks may also include exterior grounds maintenance, such as lawn mowing, snow removal, and minor vehicle maintenance. 

Serving our community as a Life Enrichment Specialist puts you in direct and daily connection with our residents. You’ll be responsible for programming designed to meet and honor the physical, social, spiritual, sensory, and psychological needs of all residents based on an assessment of their individual needs and interests. You’ll also advocate and promote resident participation and choice to empower the development of interpersonal skills and confidence. 

As a Life Enrichment Assistant in our community, you will work under the direction of our Life Enrichment Specialist to assist and document individual and group activities, transport residents, and encourage resident participation in appropriate recreational activities according to their individual needs and plan of care.
