Team Member Benefits

A POSTIVE IMPACT EVERY DAY

Being a part of the Abiitan team means having a second family. Since starting with Ecumen, I have built so many relationships with both residents and fellow staff members who have made the work I do so meaningful. Not only am I able to work alongside my best friends, but every day I’m inspired by how special it is to help others. Ecumen as an organization places emphasis on person-centered care, while ensuring that staff have the necessary tools to work together. I am so grateful for the community of Abiitan, as well as the values that guide Ecumen’s mission.

– Cady Clark, Resident Assistant
I take pleasure in working at Abiitan for Ecumen because it’s a company that prioritizes employee well-being and fosters a positive work environment. Being a Pre-PA university student, I’m thrilled to have a variety of opportunities to gain valuable experience and grow. In addition to my role as a Resident Assistant Coach, I volunteer with Ecumen Hospice to make a difference in people's lives while broadening my skill sets in healthcare. Ecumen's exceptional commitment to providing quality senior care services goes above and beyond, ensuring that both residents and employees are treated with utmost care in a warm and supportive environment. Working for a company that genuinely aims to create a positive impact on others is rare, but with Ecumen I feel appreciated and eager to go to work each day. Come be a part of the Abiitan family—you won't regret it!
