Included utilities: electric, gas, water, trash, recycling, wireless internet, basic cable, and community wireless internet (WiFi). A wellness check is also available through concierge at your request.

Yes, our second–occupant fee is $550 per month.
Parking stalls in our heated parking garage are available for $120/month. Parking an EV vehicle is an additional $15/month. Visitors are welcome to any of our 30 available visitor spaces in our heated parking garage. Vendors making deliveries park outside on our surface lot.
Yes. Storage cages in our parking garage are available to all residents.
You simply provide us with a one calendar month written notice.
Yes, meals are available for purchase from our on-site restaurant and café.
Residents can add basic care services when needed without having to change apartments.
Yes, if you reside in our independent living apartments, you can choose to add basic care services as needed without having to change apartments. And if you needed memory care services, you would have preferred access to available memory care apartments.
Yes, guests can reserve our designated 1-bedroom or studio apartments for $100/night (Studio) and $150/night 1-bedroom.
What is commonly referred to as a retirement home is what we call an independent living community, where active and independent residents live in a private apartment home and can add basic care services as needed.
