DINING EXPERIENCE

FOOD BRINGS US TOGETHER

Collaboration is an important ingredient for cooking up the best dining experience for our residents. Enjoy a personalized culinary experience steeped in wholesome nutrition and prepared by our onsite restaurant, Klassics Kitchen + Cocktails. Under the guidance of Ecumen’s Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), the talented culinary team sources local and sustainably grown ingredients to create thoughtful and delicious meals.

Nutritional Experts

Our dining team members receive continuous in-service training from our Registered Dietician and Certified Dietary Manager. Training includes kitchen sanitation safety, nutrition for individual resident care plans, licensing guidelines, and state and federal regulations.
