FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Generous donations fuel our work, including engaging life enrichment activities, adaptive medical equipment, spiritual and well-being care, and mental health support.

Gifts designated for our Greatest Needs Fund provide vital resources that allow us to respond quickly to immediate challenges across our organization. In addition, each community also has a Greatest Needs Fund which provides flexible funding at specific sites.

Reach out to philanthropy@ecumen.org or call 651-760-3577 and provide your name and contact information. We will remove you from any requested mailing lists.

Ecumen, like other healthcare organizations, has a strict policy against residents, patients, or family members making direct gifts to caregivers. This is to protect residents and patients from undue influence or exploitation, and to ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory obligations.

If you would like to recognize your caregiver for their exceptional work, we encourage you to make a gift to Ecumen in their honor. We will notify the caregiver of your thoughtful gift!

Indicate via writing if you are sending a check that you would like to remain anonymous. If you are giving online, you may check the “I would like this gift to remain anonymous” box. You will still receive an acknowledgement, but your name will not be listed in any Ecumen materials as a donor.

No! Ecumen does not share any donor information with other organizations, so you will never receive a solicitation from another group because of your gift to Ecumen.
