Yes, dogs and cats must be under 30 lbs. and vaccinated. Requires a one-time, non-refundable $1,000 pet deposit fee.

Telephone service is not included in the monthly service fee.
Yes. For Independent Living Plus and Assisted Living residents, the fee is $165/month. For Memory Care residents, the fee is $330/month.
Parking stalls in our heated underground parking garage are available to residents of our Independent Living Plus and Assisted Living communities for $70/month. Visitors are welcome to park in our surface lots.
Yes. Storage units are available to all residents for $35/month.
You simply provide us with a one calendar month written notice.
Yes, meals are available for purchase in our community dining room.
Residents contract with outside agencies of their choice for home care services and assistance with personal care, therapy, and skilled nursing as needed.
Yes. In fact, an independent living plus resident can transition to assisted living care services without moving from their current apartment. And if you were to require memory care services, you will have preferred access to availability in our memory care community.
Yes, our hospitality suite can be reserved by resident guests for $95/night.
Independent living plus allows you to transition into an assisted living personalized care plan without moving out of your current apartment home in our independent plus community. Whereas in an independent living community, you would be required to physically move from your current apartment into a different apartment among the assisted living community of a senior living campus.
What is commonly referred to as a retirement home is what we call independent living plus community, where ongoing care services are not needed and active residents live in a private apartment with full community amenities and private parking. The advantage of our independent living plus community is that residents are able to transition to an assisted living care plan without having to move out of their current apartment home.
