Executive Director
As our Executive Director, Nikki is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality care for residents, and leading a team of staff across multiple departments. She manages budgets, maintains regulatory compliance, and works closely with families to support their loved ones. Building real connections with residents, their families, and the team members brings her daily joy. She fosters a positive environment for both residents and employees, making sure they feel heard, informed, and supported every step of their experience at Chateau Waters. Originally from St. Cloud, MN, Nikki joined the Chateau Waters team in August 2020 as Clinical Director, served as Housing Director beginning in 2021, and accepted her current role in 2024, joining the Ecumen family.
Nikki’s favorite local place to visit is Quarry Park and Nature Preserve in St. Cloud, where she likes to reconnect with nature in the company of her husband and their dog while exploring the trails and taking in the scenery.
Away from work, Nikki is most likely outdoors relaxing at the lake or out on the golf course with family and friends.
Senior Living Consultant
As a Senior Living Consultant, Audry is responsible for welcoming prospective residents to our Chateau Waters community and guiding them on a personalized tour. In her role, she loves meeting new people and introducing them to new possibilities of what home can be. Once residents move in, Audry continues to support them as they grow into new routines and activities. Originally from St. Cloud, MN, Audry joined the Chateau Waters team in 2017 and became a member of the Ecumen family in 2023. She believes that we’re never too old to try or learn something new, and that is what Audry helps our residents do every day.
Audry’s favorite local thing to do is golf with her friends and family at any of the local golf courses. But if asked which is her favorite, she’ll always say, “Wapicada!”
Away from work, Audry is most likely with her husband and two little boys having fun and staying as active as possible, whether running to hockey practice, chasing a tee time or just playing outside at home.
Clinical Director
As our Clinical Director, Andrea is responsible for ensuring that high-quality care for our residents is delivered with kindness and compassion. In her role, she enjoys inspiring and assisting care team members to be the best they can be every day by encouraging little wins along the way. Whether supporting a resident or a team member, Andrea knows everyone has a story to tell and she makes it a point to listen and be present for them. Originally from Crystal, MN, Andrea joined Ecumen in 2023, seeing an opportunity to make a difference in the daily lives of older adults, much the same way she saw people care for her grandmother in a memory care community.
Andrea’s favorite local place to visit is Lake Francis, right outside the back door at Chateau Waters. The summertime fountain, benches along the path, the peacefulness, and her favorite: the winter wonderland of lights.
Away from work, Andrea is usually surrounded by her children and grandchildren, content and grateful for the circle of life she helped create.
Life Enrichment Supervisor
As our Life Enrichment Supervisor, Sonnie is responsible for delivering activity options that complement the abilities, needs and new learning opportunities of our residents. In her role, she most enjoys learning the stories and interests of our residents as they share their fascinating life experiences. Sonnie says the best programs come directly from resident stories and ideas. Originally from Moorhead, MN, Sonnie started at Chateau Waters in 2022 knowing that in this single role she could apply everything she had learned throughout her career.
Sonnie’s favorite local place to visit is Paramount Center for the Arts in St. Cloud. Their full schedule of live performances, community events and art classes is a good resource and venue for her musical family.
Away from work, Sonnie’s evenings are reserved for seeking out local live performances or zipping down to Minneapolis for a show. Grabbing a bite at a locally owned bistro along the way is the perfect prelude or encore.
Culinary Manager
As our Culinary Manager, Joyce is responsible for leading the kitchen team in the preparation and serving of nutritious and delicious daily meals, including diet-specific and a variety of options. In her role, she enjoys connecting with residents to hear their life stories. Joyce takes pride in the seasonal buffets and our popular daily social hour in the dining room before meals. The families of our residents are pleased to see their loved ones engaged at dinner time. Originally from Freeport, MN, Joyce loves working in senior care and joined Ecumen in 2023 as part of the existing team at Chateau Waters.
Joyce’s favorite local places to visit are the wonderful nearby parks and the walking path around Lake Francis outside our door. In the warmer months, she especially enjoys outdoor concerts.
Away from work, Joyce is most likely exploring the great outdoors with her young grandchildren. She also likes to hike and bike the many great state parks and trails of Minnesota.
Environmental Supervisor
As our Environmental Supervisor, Jennifer is responsible for overseeing housekeeping services and maintenance of the buildings and grounds to ensure a safe and clean environment for all. She also manages the Emergency Operations Plan for the facility and runs safety drills and procedures. Seeing the residents with their friends and family is a daily joy for Jennifer. Caring for the building and grounds on their behalf is a pleasant way for her to spend the work day. Originally from St. Cloud, MN, Jennifer joined Ecumen in 2023 shortly before beginning her role here at Chateau Waters in early 2024. She’s very passionate about ensuring that our residents have a safe and comfortable place to live, and focuses her 20+ years of experience in the healthcare setting on helping our residents feel at home.
Jennifer’s favorite local place to go is the cinema at Marcus Parkwood. She also enjoys the wonderful local art scene at the Paramount Center of the Arts and Pioneer Place on 5th.
Away from work, Jennifer is most often at the cinema when she’s not biking, hiking or traveling.
