Our basic care community offers residents all-inclusive pricing for a private apartment home, private bathroom, meal plan, and a customized care plan with regularly scheduled visits from an onsite expert care team. Whereas an assisted living community commonly charges for resident-selected care services separately from rent in an a la carte pricing structure.
They are different in amenities, services and level of independence manageable by the resident. Our basic care community offers residents all-inclusive pricing for a private apartment home, private bathroom, meal plan, and a customized care plan with regularly scheduled visits from an onsite expert care team. For individuals with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia, our memory care community offers all-inclusive pricing for a private room in a safe and secured environment supervised 24/7 by experts in dementia care.

Long-term care is for individuals who require 24-hour skilled nursing care. Evergreens of Fargo does not offer long-term care services.
