In your role, you will maintain clean and attractive private and common spaces, helping ensure a safe, pleasant, and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and team members. As a Maintenance Technician in our community, you will perform basic maintenance tasks and janitorial duties, including diagnoses, repairs and services of building mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and equipment data reporting. Tasks may also include exterior grounds maintenance, such as lawn mowing, snow removal, and minor vehicle maintenance.
Serving our community as a Life Enrichment Specialist puts you in direct and daily connection with our residents. You’ll be responsible for programming designed to meet and honor the physical, social, spiritual, sensory, and psychological needs of all residents based on an assessment of their individual needs and interests. You’ll also advocate and promote resident participation and choice to empower the development of interpersonal skills and confidence.
As a Life Enrichment Assistant in our community, you will work under the direction of our Life Enrichment Specialist to assist and document individual and group activities, transport residents, and encourage resident participation in appropriate recreational activities according to their individual needs and plan of care.
