Join us Monday, December 11th from 10am – 2pm for an Open House & Instant Application Fair at Forty-Forty Flats*. Enjoy tours of our brand-new community & affordable apartments, located in Edina near Southdale Center. Then get personalized help filling out an application and other paperwork. These apartments won’t last long, so bring the required documents (see list provided) and the process will be quick & easy! While there, make sure to sign-up for a chance to win a gift card!
