Surround your loved one with thoughtful design. To minimize disruptions that can come with Alzheimer’s or dementia, we put a lot of thought and care into the details of our Memory Care living spaces. Examples include glare-free lighting, shorter hallways, private rooms, activity stations, and discrete directional cues.

Our Memory Cary community features 20 private apartments with easy to navigate 1-bed, 1-bath floor plans, ranging from 200–260 square feet.
Shared spaces and activities are plentiful and serve to keep your loved one connected to a secure community while offering individual freedom to safely explore and interact with neighbors and team members.
My mom has lived on the Lakeshore campus for over 10 years, this has become home for her. She has gone through stages from an independent living apartment to short-stay rehabilitation and now she’s in memory care. Lakeshore has an absolutely beautiful environment, but the people are truly what make the difference. The consistency of the staff is comforting and accommodating. It’s peace of mind for our family.
