Under the guidance of Ecumen’s Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), our talented culinary team sources local and sustainably grown ingredients to create thoughtful and delicious meals.
Our dining team members receive continuous in-service training from our Registered Dietician and Certified Dietary Manager. Training includes kitchen sanitation safety, nutrition for individual resident care plans, licensing guidelines, and state and federal regulations.
Your preferences and dietary needs guide our culinary team in personalizing your meals. The chef whips up solutions for food allergies, gluten-free options, texture-modified diets, and therapeutic diets for medical conditions. Dine in the comfort of your private home or with nieghbors in our gorgeous Alcott room with large windows and views of Lake Francis. Friends and family are always welcome to join you for a delicious, chef-prepared meal.
GENERAL HOURS
Breakfast: 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Lunch: 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Dinner: 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Grabbing a beverage, a favorite treat or a greeting card is a quick delight at our on-site deli, featuring daily complimentary coffee.
