DESCRIPTION:Where: Ecumen Pathstone Latitude’s Cardinal Point Learning Center\nAddress: 115 Rogers St. | Mankato\, MN \nPulmonary Interventions—Advanced Rehab Technology | Therapy Tests & Measures\nCEU credits: 2 credits \nDescription: These two one-hour intermediate level courses are for PT/PTAs and OT/OTAs and part of a series of Accelerated Clinical Practice courses. The Pulmonary Interventions—Advanced Rehab Technology course provides information on how to incorporate electrical stimulation\, ergometry/cycling\, virtual reality\, and dynamic standing balance systems into exercise within an evidence-based pulmonary rehabilitation program. \nThe Therapy Tests & Measures course discusses the reasons for performing and tracking outcome measures\, identifying evidence-based tests\, reviews appropriate psychometric properties\, and helps guide clinicians in selecting patient-specific and practice-appropriate tests and measures. \nThrough a combination of small class size and lab activities\, these courses provide the individual attention necessary for clinicians to understand the importance of outcome measures in therapy practice. \nAgenda:\n4:00 PM | Registration + Light Dinner & Refreshments\n5:00 PM – 7:00 PM | CEU Presentation \nA Light dinner & refreshments provided during presentation.
