Job Description
Ecumen Evergreens of Moorhead, the most innovative leader of senior housing and services, is seeking a Full-Time Resident Assistant to work PM shift (2:00 to 10:00 pm AND 3:00 to 11:00 pm). This position will be 64 hours/pay period and includes working rotating weekends and holidays. Ecumen has been named seven straight years as a "Best Place to Work" by the Minneaspolis-St. Paul Business Journal. Our mission is to create home for older adults wherever they choose to live. This position is responsible for medication administration, proper documentation, assisting residents with ADL's (such as bathing, dressing, and grooming) and light cleaning duties. Skills & Requirements
Prior experience in working with the elderly population is beneficial. Ideal candidates will possess good team working skills, flexibility, and a desire to create home for the older adults we provide care for.
